I went to the Great Fair on Sunday in Fountain Hills.
I had never been to Fountain Hills before.
I read that the community was built in 1970.
You could tell just by driving through the neighborhood that it was somewhat dated.
I could not leave without getting pics of the fountain.
It was one of the first things I remembered seeing in Arizona when we drove down here for our big move.
Although I saw it from quite a distance, it was still magnificent.
(sometimes I still can't get over the cloudless skies here in AZ--not a hint of one!)

I love your black and white shot! Very nice!
ReplyDeleteThat B&W shot is amazing!
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how far away this fountain can be seen.
ReplyDeleteI was in Fountain Hills once or twice back in the day. I love the shot of the fountain and houses in the background. Can you believe those houses? They are gorgeous. =) Have a nice day.
ReplyDeleteI'm convinced you can't beat the blue skies of AZ!
ReplyDeleteWow that is a tall fountain! Beautiful shots.
ReplyDeleteGreat pics. I think this fountain is the second tallest of All!
ReplyDeleteThis was my favorite place to watch 4th of July fireworks from.
